Our Story

Over the years, I began to notice a significant shift in the needs of my clients.  While in the past, many simply required a solid plan and some contractor referrals, the aging baby boomer generation often faced different challenges.  Their ability to handle the physical work was limited, and their families, often living elsewhere or juggling busy lives and their own health concerns, were not always able to provide the necessary support.

Driven by a desire to continue serving my clients effectively, I initially took on the roles of designer, project manager, and Realtor simultaneously.  For 2 fulfilling years, I navigated this multifaceted approach.  However, I realized that to truly dedicate myself to providing the highest level of service in project management and design, I needed to focus my efforts.  This realization led to the birth of Declutter, Dump and Design.

Since then, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, encountering everything from homes filled with a lifetime of cherished memories to inherited properties that had been untouched for years.  No matter the situation – whether it's a home needing significant decluttering, a collector's haven requiring thoughtful organization, or a property simply in need of modern updates – I've seen it all.

For over 40 years, I thrived as a real estate professional, helping countless individuals and families get their homes ready to shine on the market.  This extensive experience provided me with a deep understanding of what buyers are looking for and the most effective strategies to achieve a successful sale.  I've seen firsthand the transformations that can occur when a home is properly prepared and presented.
